Skip and Landon do a wonderful job on the basic things. But more importantly when things inevitably take a turn they are able to fix tings quickly and efficiently. Also have a strong network of contractors who are readily available.

Very reliable, willing and able to complete handyman tasks when we are away. Report issued with each visit. Communication is excellent and responds promptly to inquiries and to requests to perform additional tasks to help me as the property owner.
Skip and Landon did a great job for us while were we gone. Checked on everything and knew house was well cared for. They alerted us to potential problems when necessary. We will continue to use them.
This was my 1st season with Skip & Landon, they were terrific. On a recent visit Skip found water dripping from my kitchen ceiling in multiple areas. The AC drain line had clogged in the upstairs unit and water overflowed the pan. His quick actions, calmness under pressure and competence, kept a bad situation from becoming a minor disaster. My upstairs neighbor ultimately signed up with Skip as well. A true professional, my highest recommendation to them both.
